This review is long overdue…I’ve known Bert for about 9 years now. Bert is a real stand up dude. I bought my engagement and wedding rings there and many other countless gifts for my wife to get me out of the dog house…I’ve referred all my friends and family to Bert and they have call been very happy with the quality of their purchases and with the service they received.Bert is honest and willing to work with any budget the customer has. Bert won’t pressure you into buying anything you don’t want or need. ?If you have something in mind that he doesn’t already have, Bert will take the time and help get your design come to life. If you ever get the chance to hit up the Jewelers Line, don’t be discouraged if Bert looks busy, because dude can get pretty busy, Bert always finds the time to say what’s up and talk to all his customers. And if you decide to work with Bert, you won’t be disappointed. You may even become a repeat customer like me!

I love Bert! I have been going to the Jewelers Line for 5 years and every time I go I feel like family! He is professional but he makes you feel comfortable. His parents are there sometimes and it’s a joy talking with them! Bert made my both of my wedding bands and anytime I need them cleaned or anything he always hooks me up in some way!
Bert is a jeweler who gets it. He knows what you want before you do. A trust worthy person is hard to find in this industry, but Bert fits the bill.
When I was searching for an engagement ring, I talked to a lot of jewelers, but none were as helpful as Bert! Even though he seemed really busy Stainless steel jewelry, both times I came by he stopped and spent a lot of time talking me through the different aspects of my ring.Bert was one of the most honest guys I talked to, and what really impressed me was how he really wanted to help me find what was right for my fiancee and me, not just sell me the most expensive stone he could. In fact, after looking at a number of diamonds with me, he actually suggested a less expensive stone than I was originally thinking!I had my setting made in platinum, which took a little longer than anticipated. Bert was super-responsive to my e-mails, and even threw in a beautiful pendant because it was a little late. I know where I’ll be recommending my friends to go!Oh, and did I mention the ring was beautiful?
Bert is the MAN! if you need an engagement ring that your fiance will love forever, get it from this man! Bert stays in contact with you and keep you up to date on the progress of the ring from start to finish. He gets everything for you and anything you need. I hardly rate on Yelp because I haven’t found that many good things to rate, but this is the one thing that I HIGHLY recommend. After we found our center stone(asscher), Bert worked with us so that we can get the perfect engagement ring. CUSTOM designed and made… I even got to see the center stone being set.Oh and his mom is the sweetie

Let me be the first to say that once you go to the Jewelers Line you’ll soon realize there’s no other place that will satisfy your special needs like Bert at the Jewelers Line. Bert is an amazing and highly educated guy in the jewelery business. My wife and I were in search of an engagement ring about 2 years ago when we met Bert and at that moment we were both blown away at the quality and flexibility of his business. Everything from the ring’s he had to the wonderful customer service that he provided was of high quality. The Jeweler’s Line is awesome. Bert is very knowledgable and when I went to find my engagement ring he was very patient and willing to work with my budget. He took my vision and enhanced it with his years of experience. He made the whole event painless as it was already a nervewracking event Bert helped me get into a 1.24 ct diamond with over 2.5 cts of diamonds around it. ?The ring is a huge head turner and my wife always gets compliments. His availability to meet on the weekends is very appreciated as well. He even drove out to meet me in Orange County to give me the final product after work!! Mall stores wouldn’t even consider that. ?When I took the ring in to resize the reaction was crazy. The lady at the local jewelry store was shocked at the craftsmanship of the ring. She admired the weight of the white gold and quality of the stone. When I told her the price, I had to lift her chin off the ground. She couldn’t come close to the price in her dreams she said. We probably looked at 100 different dealers at the la jewelry mart. We found Bert and he created the ring of my wife’s dreams. A year later we bought our wedding bands here and have come back ever since. He is honest and creative at a price that is fair. But its his service after the sale that keeps us coming back.
Ill start off by saying i will never go to another jewelry store other than The Jewelers Line. My first visit was a custom mad diamond band, i talked to Bertan about my idea and he brought it to life. On my secong visit I picked up a diamond solitaire for my wife. He is always very busy but always manages to make time for his customers and gives excellent service. He is of the very few that cater to the customer to meet their needs and is not only after your money. Fairly priced, especially with the great attitude and friendly service he provides.
Bert is the man! ?If you are nervous about the Jewelery District and need someone to trust, you should visit the Jewelers Line. ?We had custom rings designed here. ?Bert made a computer mock-up so we could see them ahead of time. ?I got a great deal on a beautiful GIA certified inscribed stone so we never have to worry about someone switching our diamond. ?Bert was very patient and knowledgeable and the rings were finished very quickly. ?My wife even decided at the last minute to change something with the ring design and Bert was more than accommodating. ?If we ever decide to build anniversary rings or any other jewelry, we will never have to look anywhere else. ?Feel free to look around L.A. but I bet you won’t find anywhere better. ?I had another jeweler look at our rings and they were amazed at the quality of the workmanship and stone, and told me they would charge thousands more than we paid. ?What more can I say. ?Go check out what Bert can do for you!
